“Dungeons and Dragons (TM) taught me Latin” ©

Seriously. That’s the new “Hooked on Phonics worked for me!”©, kids. Learn it. Live it. Love it.

What the hell am I talking about, you ask? Well, it’s my Latin Buddy’s and my new Plan of Action in place of an actual miderm-type review test. See, I’m going to borrow two D20s (that’s a 20-sided di, in nerd-speak) from work where we sell them and I’m sure we have a couple open demo packets I can rustle up, and we’re going to use them as a review model for Latin. And since we’ve covered seventeen chapters and there work out to be roughly seventeen major grammatical concepts on which we need to focus, we are going to assign each number to a chapter (on D20sub1) or a concept (D20sub2) and if we roll the remaining three, we drink. Drambouie. Is this not the perfect study plan? We think so!

Holy shit I really am becoming a Dungeonmaster. Where is my Gatekeeper?
