Yep, I am actually attending “Open Auditions” for a TV-related job. I made my roommate take a head shot of me. This involved me whining and smiling awkwardly and alternately tilting my head and body in weird directions for about a half hour. Holy hell, I have a HEAD SHOT.
And I haven’t auditioned for anything since, like, sixth grade. Wait, senior year of high school. Holy hell. Anyway, I’m amused. I have no idea if I even really want the job, as they weren’t super-descriptive and provided no contact info, but I suppose I’ll get my chance to fire away with questions later. For now, wish me luck (this takes place tomorrow)!
